Domestic Shipping (United States):

We are pleased to offer shipping within the United States. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping can arrive within 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak periods.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. NaturKraft Labs is not responsible for any delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

International Shipping:

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future. Please stay tuned for updates.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

NaturKraft Labs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
